Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and an adult signature is required for all deliveries. Any order placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day. All packages will be delivered by UPS, unless otherwise noted. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as: 1) Any non-inventory purchase. 2) Any stock item custom made or altered at customer request (i.e. sizing) A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of order.

JEWELRY REPAIRS

Repairs are warranted for 6 months from date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Laura Pearce Ltd. reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will so inform the custom before the work is done. Laura Pearce Ltd. reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty and to choose the course of corrective action.

APPRAISALS

Appraisals will be issued free of charge upon request, for any item purchased at Laura Pearce Ltd. with the exception of consigned pieces. A receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your agent).

SERVICING AND CLEANING

Laura Pearce Ltd. recommends cleaning your jewelry and checking the prongs at least twice a year.
