Returns & Refunds

Making a Return
  • Please call or email the shop to explain the nature of the return.
  • Returns will not accepted without approval from a Laura Pearce Ltd. team member.
  • Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
  • LPL will issue you an insured UPS return label and will deduct that cost from your original total.
Refunds

Refunds will be honored within 14 days of purchase with original receipt (less shipping costs). Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

Holiday Return Policy

All holiday returns or exchanges must be completed by January 14, 2025.

Custom & Special Ordered Pieces
  • All custom pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as: 1) Any non-inventory purchase. 2) Any stock item custom made or altered at customer request (i.e. sizing)

Shipping FAQs

Do you offer expedited shipping?

If an item is in stock, can you select UPS overnight delivery for an added fee. Otherwise, all other pieces are shipped out UPS two day shipping. If your order is placed after 3:00pm EST, your package will be packaged and shipped out the following business day.

*Please note, all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Is my piece of jewelry insured when shipped?

Yes, all packages sent out are insured and will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Where can I find tracking for my order?

All online orders will be provided a UPS tracking number once your order has been packed up.

*Please note - once the order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Can I change my delivery address once I placed my order?

No, once your order has been packed up and shipped, we are unable to change the receiving address.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to the value of the items requiring a signature.

Jewelry Repairs

What is your jewelry repair policy on an item purchased at Laura Pearce Ltd.?

Repairs are warranted for 6 months from date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Laura Pearce Ltd. reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will so inform the custom before the work is done. Laura Pearce Ltd. reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty and to choose the course of corrective action.

Do you repair jewelry not purchased at Laura Pearce Ltd.?

LPL will do our best to accommodate the repair, and we will evaluate each piece of jewelry and determine whether or not it is repairable. An estimate and description will always be provided before our services begin.

*Please note - we do not repair watches.
