Return Policy


Refunds will be honored within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition. 


Please take time to read this important information.

  • Please call the shop to explain the nature of the return.
  • Returns will not accepted without an RA# (return authorization number).
  • A customer service representative will contact you with a RA#. Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#.
  • Please keep the RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
  • Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
  • The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.

Special orders and altered items are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Exchanges or store credit are available.
