How do I get started?
You can begin the custom process by reaching out directly to our custom department here or by stopping in the shop if you are local to Atlanta to make an appointment.
Can I use an existing stone or piece of jewelry?
We love working with family pieces or customer’s existing stones! If you are thinking about using family stones, please bring them to your appointment to be examined by a graduate gemologist on staff. We can incorporate your stone and supplement additional stones for the final product, or just reimagine your existing stone.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary based on each individual piece, but our process typically takes about 4 weeks from start to finish. Exact time frames will be provided by a member of our custom department through the process.
Who will I work with during the process?
Each customer will work directly with a graduate gemologist throughout each step of the custom bridal process. They will provide you with expertise and knowledge on diamond quality metrics.
What kinds of metals do you work with?
We work exclusively in 18K Yellow Gold and Platinum (PT .950).
How do I best care for my new jewelry?
Our LPL custom department will provide you with guidance for each custom piece created. We offer free jewelry cleaner with each purchase that is safe to use on your new custom piece.
