Laura Pearce grew up with an innate passion and natural eye for style, fashion and most notably—jewelry. Long before owning her own store, Laura began her career in the fine jewelry business in 1984 as a buyer for Tiffany & Co. in New York. During her time at Tiffany, she worked diligently alongside the world’s leading gemologists and suppliers, carefully laying the foundation for her future business. Laura brought her impeccable taste, passion for jewelry, and ingenuity to Atlanta, Georgia, where she opened the doors to Laura Pearce Ltd. in 1989.
For nearly 35 years, Laura Pearce Ltd. (LPL) has been, and continues to be, one of the country’s preeminent sources for classic, engagement & bridal, estate, and custom jewelry. Laura and her team have created a unique and enthusiastic company culture that has attracted a vast, rapidly growing, loyal clientele across the country and abroad.
Laura’s remarkable inventory is not only due to her refined taste, but is also a reflection of her deep understanding of the jewelry market, along with her decades-long relationships with top suppliers, designers, and craftsmen—and her ability to bring her client’s vision to life.
In addition to Laura’s eponymous LPL Signature Collection, Laura has also personally sourced and curated many of the finest jewelry designers across the globe, including Temple St Clair, Penny Preville, JB Star, and Gumuchian, as well as the foremost craftsmen and distributors.
Today, Laura continues to enhance, refine, and expand one of the most extraordinary independent jewelry businesses in the country, and has earned a sterling reputation for her desire and ability to exceed expectations. Her philosophy is: “If we don’t have it, we will find it or create it!”
Laura is incredibly grateful for her many longtime, valued customers, and invites new clients to come visit in person or shop online. Let her know how she can help you with your jewelry needs and ideas!
