1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Laura Pearce Ltd. and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Sunday, November 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

3. How to Enter
Visit laurapearce.com and complete the bracelet giveaway entry form. Limit one entry per person. Entry is free, and no purchase is required. Signing up for promotional text messages is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

4. Prize
One winner will receive a 14K yellow gold diamond beaded bracelet with an approximate retail value of $2,220. The prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged or transferred.

5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will take place Monday, November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry and must respond within seven days. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving the prize.

8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. Laura Pearce Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
