How do I get started?
You can begin the custom process by reaching out directly to our custom department here or by stopping in the shop if you are local to Atlanta to make an appointment.
Who will I work with during the process?
Each customer will work directly with a graduate gemologist throughout each step of the custom bridal process. They will provide you with expertise and knowledge on diamond quality metrics.
Can I work with you if I am not in Atlanta?
Absolutely! If you are not local to Atlanta, we can work with you virtually to create your custom bridal piece. We are able to provide high quality imagery and video through every step.
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary based on each individual piece, but our process typically takes about 4 weeks from start to finish. Exact time frames will be provided by a member of our custom department through the process.
How do you source your diamonds?
Each diamond we source is a natural, earth mined diamond that is GIA certified, which means its quality has been verified by an independent grading laboratory. Learn more about GIA and diamond quality metrics here.
What kinds of metals do you work with?
We work exclusively in 18K Yellow Gold and Platinum (PT .950).
